- We will then source out the motor that you need and follow up with you regarding price, lead time and all options that properly suit your needs.
- If we don’t have the motor you choose in stock we will order it in for you based on your timeline, we can hotshot motors when your site is down or have them shipped on regular shipments if you have time to wait and wish to save on the shipping costs.
- Once the motor is here we will arrange for delivery or pickup options for you to ensure it gets to the final destination without issue.

- We are able to respond to your site any time if you are having issues and assist you and your team to properly troubleshoot the motor on site to see if it is necessary to remove the motor or if it is another issue.
- If the motor has to be removed and sent to us we will fully disassemble the motor and asses the issues and required repairs needed based on your timeline.
- We are here 24/7 for our customers who need a rush turnaround.
Our disassembly and assessment includes:
- Measuring all housings, journals, bearings, and shafts to ensure they are in tolerance.
- Inspecting the frame, feet, and junction box for damage.
- Inspecting the leads and lugs.
- Cleaning, inspecting, and testing of the electrical windings.
- Overall assessment of any other issue related to the motor.
Once disassembled and assessed we will provide a full quote and report to you. We provide the inspection and reporting at no cost for our industrial and commercial customers to properly communicate all the issues found within the motor and provide our recommendations for repair. This allows you to make an educated decision to repair or replace their motor.
If you choose to have the motor repaired, we order all necessary parts and components to properly repair the motor. We will ensure to address all of the issues identified in the teardown and assessment and at our cost repair any other issues that were not identified on our initial quote.
Our “EASA Accredited” assembly process includes:
- All parts are thoroughly cleaned and dried out.
- Insulated paint is put on all internal surfaces of the motor.
- All threads are properly tapped.
- All measurements, housings, bearings, shafts, and fits are within EASA and manufactures approved specifications.
- All fits are cleaned and buffed to ensure a proper assembly.
- New bearings and seals are installed
- All rotating equipment is balanced to the ISO specification.
- All components are assembled and properly torqued where required.
- The motor is fully run checked on our test panel confirming temperatures, vibration levels, and operating speeds are within specification.
- The motor is then fully pained and prepared for shipment.
- Our customer receives a complete repair report including pictures, test results, and final measurements.
- All of our “EASA Accredited” repairs are covered by a 2-year warranty period.
